When it comes to a Flats Boat Haynie has it covered.
The Haynie 19 foot Flats or 20 foot Flats is made to run the grassy shorelines we all love. These two boats are set up so you can add that poling platform on front or back to see that extra distance. With not much difference in the two (60 pounds in the hull) it's all about you. Both have a draft at rest of about 8-10 inches and will get up in 10-12 inches. With a boat like this Redfish don't have a chance tailing the shorelines. Once again each is hand laid and made to order in most cases. Of course the 20 foot handles a little more with a rating up to 150 horsepower while the 19 foot can handle up to 115 horsepower.
These boats are made for the grassy flats or back lakes we all love to fish along the Texas coast. Rigged with a Mercury Opti you'll have the holeshot we need in skinny water. Get back to the Reds that win tournaments with a Haynie Flats Boat. All are made time with fiberglass stringer, No rot boat panel and hand laid one at a time.
All Haynie's are built with no rot boat panel and a fiberglass stringer system. Each boat is built one at a time and all glass is hand laid. These boats are built glassed inside and out and finished out with gel coat even in the boxes and rig box. No short cuts are taken when this boat is finished out and all center consoles are glassed in (no screws to come loose over time). Each console can be raised to your wants and needs from 2 to 4 inches or even more if you want. Once the flooring is installed each boat is filled front to rear by injection with close cell foam for flotation.
