When it comes to getting a little further back on the flats the 23 Big Foot (23 feet 0 inches in length) or the 21 Tunnel (21 feet 0 inches in length) can't be beat. Still giving the smooth dry ride Haynie is known for in their V-bottom boats these have the added tunnel, which helps out when the flats are shallow. Both the 23 foot and the 21 foot run about the same as for the water depth. With a draft of 10 inches at rest you won't have to step far to start that wade. Both boats will get up in 12 inches and run in about 8 inches. When it comes to these two boats it's just the length you need to decide on, if you run a lot of open bays that can get a good chop the 23 Big Foot may be for you. If it's a short run and a big boat isn't for you then you need to go with the 21 Tunnel, either way you can't beat the ride or performance.
All Haynie's are built with no rot boat panel and a fiberglass stringer system. Each boat is built one at a time and all glass is hand laid. These boats are built glassed inside and out and finished out with gel coat even in the boxes and rig box. No short cuts are taken when this boat is finished out and all center consoles are glassed in (no screws to come loose over time). Each console can be raised to your wants and needs from 2 to 4 inches or even more if you want. Once the flooring is installed each boat is filled front to rear by injection with close cell foam for flotation.
